About Us

The process begins with a consultation as we seek to understand our clients needs and vision. Our experience allows us to offer many services to the homeowner, builder or realtor in building, remodeling, decorating or in preparing a property for sale. Working to always achieve the best market value for a property in the shortest amount of time within budget. Real estate listings require a professional visual marketing plan as well as detailing to be prepared for the best in person tour presentation. This is accomplished thru London Staging and Design, LLC Professional Staging Services. We also provide Custom Lifestyle Design Services for homeowners transitioning to a new home and needing to blend prior decor into their new home, redecorating, event decorating, remodeling or starting a new home construction project. As owner, our experience was developed over 30 years working in real estate, remodeling, new home construction, and design and decorating in the residential market. Our extensive travel and residences in the U.S. and abroad have guided many of our design projects. Coming from generations of skilled artists, custom home builders, craftsmen and engineers that have guided and shaped the skills our company have to offer our clients. I highly recommend Rhonda and her company. She is very knowledgeable, honest, and creative. She is helping my family with our lifestyle design for a new build. She has been instrumental throughout the process from pre-planning, assisting with house plans and builder decisions, to interior design. She asks questions, guides us to make decisions that will work best for us, and also makes recommendations, etc. that we may have never thought of but are important to overall design. She is very attentive and great with communication also. 5 Stars to London Staging and Design!

My husband and I have utilized London Staging and Design, LLC since May 2015 with the staging of our 1st home. After she staged our home, it sold within a few weeks. In March 2017, we called upon Rhonda again for consultation services to stage our 2nd home, which sold quickly. Currently, we are working with Rhonda to design our new build in a way that meets all of our lifestyle needs and design style. Rhonda London is very professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. She listens to our desires in what we would like to have in our new home and she diligently devises a design plan that meets our tastes. Rhonda works within our budget and makes many recommendations on how to save on costs in various areas of the home without sacrificing quality or style. Rhonda is extremely dependable and will any answer questions quickly and thoughtfully. She remains current with all the latest design trends. We have and will continue to recommend her company for new builds, staging, and remodels.

Rhonda helped me get a new listing under contract in less than 4 weeks with multiple offers. The home had been offered for-sale-by-owner for over 6 months with no offers. As the listing agent, I recommended staging the vacant home and London Staging and Design performed beautifully. The furniture and accessories were in excellent new condition and the interior design was perfect for the home and buyer audience. I will use Rhonda again!

Having worked with Rhonda in the past as her realtor in both selling and purchasing a home, attention to detail in preparation both inside and outside curb appeal would be rated at the highest level one could ask. She has superior knowledge of the real estate market with her finger on the pulse constantly in the ever changing demands of the industry.
