Regina Leeds is an answered prayer. That you never expected to have answered. She has not only organized my office environment (& those of my colleagues), but she's also shown me the way to maintain these techniques (and apply them to other areas of my life, as well). Throughout, she's been a delightful presence - patient, funny, warm, empathetic. Oh, and she doesn't judge, which -- considering the horrific tangle of office life I presented her -- should earn her a Nobel. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

After both our parents passed away, my brother and I decided to sell our parent's home. This was a daunting task, both emotionally and physically! Being the sentimental person that I am, I did not know what to keep, donate and throw out! I became overwhelmed! My friend suggested that I call Regina Leeds, the Zen Organizer to help me out! I am so happy that I followed through on my friend's suggestion! Hiring Regina was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life! Regina organized things so that I could quickly and efficiently sort through things like papers, clothing and personal items! She taught me tools to help me learn what to keep, throw out, shred, donate and sell on eBay! And being the sentimental person that I am, she taught me to take photos of items that I wanted to remember but had no room to physically keep! That alone was huge for me! And Regina is totally trustworthy, honest and ethical! I felt completely safe with her going through items with me that were valuable and papers that had personal information on them! But the best part about Regina is that she is such a kind, sincere, compassionate, friendly and loving person! She genuinely cares about me and wants to do everything in her power to help me! She is currently helping me look through the remaining boxes that had to be put in storage (Which she color-coded and organized into groups of like items so we would know what they are) and is helping me organize my new, smaller space! I feel really blessed to have Regina in my life!

I met Regina many years ago through a mutual friend. Recently I found myself very stuck and unable to move forward in divesting myself of possessions that had deep emotional significance. When, at last, I had the time to focus on it, but seemed paralyzed, I knew i needed help. I called Regina and within a few hours she "broke the glue". She gave me resources to accomplish my goals. I have been able to continue the process and am very grateful to her. She is a delightful, caring person who understands that it's not just about the stuff, but also about the memories.

This recommendation is long overdue. I started working with Regina in 2005, when she came to my new house to help with the organization of my kitchen and office. She ended up helping throughout my entire home -- kids rooms, closets, laundry room, pantry - even the garage. She not only helped organize; she explained her process and taught me the tools to continue with the work she had started. She sent me source lists for the things she used, was detailed and efficient, Truly, she was amazing. I brought her back a year later for a touch up and to help me continue to stay on track, and just recently hired her to help reorganize after a plumbing disaster -- my house still looks like she just left yesterday. Her methods are intuitive, and her ability to sort through the bags, boxes, and file cabinets and eliminate the chaos is a gift. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I have worked with Regina periodically over the past 15 years or so, generally with moves and life changing events. I still consult with her on an as needed basis. Organization isn't just about boxes and working with Regina has taught me foundational big picture issues and figure out what's working and not working for me. Just like your fitness coach can't do your exercises for you, same with organization, it's got to be your process. I know I need hand holding and I've hired other organizers who are closer, but I keep going back to Regina. She is compassionate and sympathetic, but when we work, we work! She continues to help me get out of my disorganized head and think about lifestyle habits. If my home is going to be my oasis, I want it to be well organized.

I have hired Regina to save me in at least 3 organizing disasters, the first was an entire 4000 sq ft house and home office, and 2 moves in the last 15 years. I think what she does is to apply an uncanny ability to envision a space as it needs to be used in reality, the everyday world, rather than just making it look nice for visitors and in photos, which it does after she's done anyway. She has very warm humanistic approach but can combine that with an almost ruthless albeit respectful challenging of the need for old junk and clutter. Each time I've worked with her I have ended up with a space, living or office/utility that works for my own specific needs, not hers or someone else's ideal. And it is set up in a way that it keeps on working for me even months later. On one move I needed to set up an apartment cross country with my daughter. Regina set up such an inviting space and my daughter was delighted that she had a 'real bedrooom' and not a 'kid's dormroom' at dad's place. I hope this helps.

Regina has worked on two projects for our family in Dallas. The first was creating organization solutions when we were in a house that we had outgrown. The second time she helped us was after moving in to a much larger home--where she helped us create systems and organization for the new space. On both occasions (each lasting about a week), Regina's creativity, professionalism and tireless work effort were without compare. She makes the effort to understand how you and your family live and what you like to aid in the process of organizing your home. I am a "collector" and Regina was wonderful in helping me determine what to keep and what to "release". I love that Regina believes that an organized space can be beautiful! Regina is a joy to be around. Her spirit is infectious! My son is constantly asking when she can come back! That being said to express that she is wonderful to have in your home. I truly believe our home is a nicer and more comfortable space because Regina has been here. I can't wait to treat myself to another visit from Regina!

I have worked with Regina Leeds, the Zen Organizer for 7 years! i attend one of her seminars and was impressed so asked her to help me out.She is great! Regina helped me organize my physical therapy office as well as my home! as a busy professional, wife, mother and therapy dog trainer, organization is essential to a stress free life. Regina comes to help me with my home at least once a year to help organize and sort through clutter that just seems to collect.
she has great ideas and is always calm and respectful.
I recommend her wholeheartedly!
