About me: Hi,my name is Ralph,I was checking the web for an order i had placed with a seed company and i happened across the garden web.And i saw some of the questions that people like myself were asking,so i got interested and i am now a member.Im just a back yard gardener,originally from Long Island,ny,now inGeorgia for the past 3 years. Im still trying to get used to the growing season down here, The ground here is poor in comparison to what i had on LI,I know it will take lots of time to enrich this soil.Last yearI planted in containers with great success with cucumbers,beans, swiss chard.This year ive started all of my vegetables in containers that is after i had them sprout in cups (dixie bathroom cups).Thats all for now, Ralph31558
