About me: I’ve been gardening since I was a teacher many years ago. I had plants on the window sills. I’ve had actual gardens since I was married also many years ago. I have five children, two boys, three girls, four are married, seven grandchildren. Three of the couples each have a boy and girl until September, 2003 when the youngest daughter had a second little girl. My youngest was married in June,2001 and no children yet, but he and his bride are gardeners as is one of my twin daughters. My unmarried daughter, the other twin, owns our house and tells me when I can no longer garden, she intends to turn my beds of perennials to sodded turf. The present lawn gets smaller everytime I go outside. I have more hobbies than hours in the day. I’m retired, but never without something to fill every minute.
