Commented: Am I crazy for considering this type of construction? Your biggest problem will be finding a HVAC sub that will know how to properly size and design the system.

Commented: A/C and unvented attic, please help something stinks in the wood pile The majority of the country does not require a manual J for permits. Around the Chicago area a lot of the villages and towns do require one.
