Enjoy judging fruits, veggies & home preservation projects as well as Flowers at State & county fairs. Commented: Best canning/ preserving books? Try Linda Amendt's book Blue Ribbon Preserves. It's an EXCELLENT book. Tried and true recipes and you will learn you do not need to bring your BWB to highest temperature -check it out at local library...
