About me: I grew up with plants since my parents owned a nursery. I spent many ,many hours after school and during the summer working there. I developed a love for watching things grow.After way too many years in a high pressure job, I am now back to planting and watching things grow. I like hand watering for this reason, it gives me an intimate view of each plant every day on how it is doing.I am an avid butterfly gardener. I raise Monarchs, Black Swallowtails, Polydmas Swallowtails,Gulf Fritillaries, and any other butterfly eggs I find. I love flowering trees,shrubs and perennials. I collect Orchids,Bromeliads,Cordylines and Palms. I would love to exchange cuttings with someone in my area...Martin County, FL.Thanks to the host of this forum for the information network! Commented: does vinegar work for killing weeds? Yes. I have used nothing but vinegar for weeds for the last year. I buy the horticultural grade of 20% and dilute by half..so one gallon of vinegar makes 2 gallons of herbicide. Your garden will smell...
