My husband and I hired Sean for both a feasibility study and corresponding design work for an ADU project we are planning. The feasibility study was incredibly useful and detailed. Sean is also extremely flexible with meetings and timing. His pricing is straightforward and he is upfront on the expected cost. For our project he even helped us estimate the cost of other workers we may be hiring. Highly recommend!

Sean led us through our kitchen remodel. We know we are not the easiest of clients. We have high expectations of service, attention to detail, value for money and quality. We are still finishing the project, cabinets are taking forever. Will update this review once we are wrapped up and have some photos. Sean patiently and enthusiastically took our unrealistic ideas and turned them into an achievable, practical design that was actually beyond our expectations of what we could do with the space. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a thoughtful and emphatic design partner who has a great eye for detail and a talent for creating intimate spaces collaboratively. One of his key strengths for us was his ability to reduce and create a better outcome with less. We liked him so much we are using him for our next project. Adding a 500-600SF self contained flat downstairs. Really excited to keep working with him.
