After researching Coretec LVP and talking to a number of different resellers, I ended up purchasing from Nicefloors.com. Their price was the best I found, they were extremely knowledgeable, and their pre- and post-sale service was fast and exemplary. They cheerfully answered all of my many questions, provided some installation advice for my contractor, and quickly accommodated my multiple orders after I had scope creep and expanded my project. I plan on redoing another home in the next couple of years, and Chris and Ashley at Nicefloors.com will be my first and only call regarding flooring. Many thanks to them for making the purchase of my flooring so easy and affordable.

I as a little skeptical ordering wood on line, but the experience with Nice Floors out of Lexington was outstanding. we ran into one problem with the amount of wood in each box, but the owner (Chris) remedied the situation and send us more wood to make up the difference. Very good company and very helpful.

I shopped for months for wood floors and I called on a Saturday morning and spoke with the owner of Nice Floors, Mr. Chris Brumley. He was knowledgeable and helpful and always returned my calls and answered my emails usually within an hour of my call/email. I was very comfortable ordering from a company outside of my area and having them ship my wood floors to me and they shipped and arrived as stated in perfect condition. Their prices are competitive and shipping rates very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and would order from them in the future. A+ COMPANY!
