About me: Hello:
I just recently purchased my first house north of Orlando and the previous owner were not into gardening. So I have removed a few poorly placed, overgrown shrubs and have a nearly blank slate. I do have a nice large live oak in the front and a few citrus trees and a bananna tree in the back. I hope to learn about gardening as I reduce the spotty lawn/weeds into a beautiful garden (and retire the mower). I look forward to learning and sharing with other gardeners who face the unique challenges of gardening in central Florida.
