About me: I’d always helped my grandmother with her garden when I was younger, but never had my own until several years later. Little did I know what an obsession it could become! My small backyard veggie garden has spread everywhere (who needs a lawn anyway? LOL), and my original 2 houseplants have gained lots of new friends and have pretty much become a jungle. I keep saying that I am not going to get any more houseplants, as I have completely run out of windows, but somehow they just keep multiplying! I have a small wildflower patch, several varieties of herbs in pots and windowboxes, and end up adding new beds nearly every year. Umm...let’s see...what else? I love reading, backyard bird watching, helping out at my local library, sewing, knitting, crocheting, pressing flowers, and crafts of all sorts!
