Their neighbor dug a garden and complained about their septic leaking onto his property. Inspector came and condemed their sepitc. Gave them 30 days to fix it or vacate their house....
Got a lawyer.... who told them
only the state can condem propertys....
Called county who said the Inspector never filed a report....
Sent out new inspector.
No leaked puddle was found.
No septic smell at all.
But their might be an unseen issue...
Years ago their was an issue that was fixed buy the seller so the kids could purchase the house.
The inspector had passed it.... but shouldn't have.... nor was a survey done....
Neighbor might have dug garden on their property and nicked the septic line...
County said their neighbor has a habit of calling in complaints....
and might have gotten himself in hot water this time....
