About me: My family returned to upstate NY in July 2005, after living in northern GA for 3 years. I learned a lot about gardening in zone 7, a real contrast for me from my native zone 5. Now I am finding I’m going to have to study up all over again! I have done vermicomposting for years, as well as being committed to organic gardening, composting, and interested in the potager (mixed flower, herb and veggie gardens. As an elementary school teacher, I have done school gardening at every school I’ve taught at over the last 16 years. Would love to hear from other gardeners in central/upstate NY!
