About me: Although I have a pretty good knowledge of perennials, in recent years I have ceded over (no pun intended) this interest to my wife who in many ways has surpassed what Iever did. Anyway, she has a much greater aesthetic and artistic sense than I ever had in terms of garden design.At one point or another we each have been deeply into thegrowing of plants via seed usually through the ARGS or theRHS. I am much more inclined now to take care of the household upkeep detail. I have been relegated to the homehandyman. I have built some furniture over the years but have never had the ideal conditions or tools for doing so.
Now in retirement we are both embarking upon our firstnew home construction. So, it is a busy and exciting time for us making many decisions and ideally ending up with that retirement dream...the perfect home.
