About me: I am gardening at 7000' elevation in the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo range of the Rockies in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
We started in November of 2001 with a small lot and a blank slate--1/4 acre lot close to the Santa Fe river (which these days runs only a couple times a year) most of which was when we arrived entirely barren and s/sw exposed. We aspire to transform this space into a lush-looking, but water-wise and tough, outdoor living space.
This will take a number of years!

My zone is: z5 Santa FeNM
