Commented: Powder room located off kitchen - thoughts? I've seen many plans like this, it's not really in the kitchen. Other similar plans switch the locations of living room and kitchen.

Commented: Do you *have* to wait for backsplash before u/c lighting?? No, you don't always have to have a backsplash first. We removed a backsplash and installed a new one without interfering with the u/c lighting.
