About me: I am the wife of a retired Soldier and mother of 3 grown children. Our home is an 1886 Queen Anne surrounded by about 20 old trees. We have a fish pond with about 50 gold fish and are working on bringing our landscape back to its former glory. With all the shade, grass is a bit of a challenge, but we would like to eventually fill most space with flower beds anyway. I have just recently become interested in more organic ways of gardening, including an interest in vermicomposting. Id rather be in the yard than anywhere else, and am thoroughly enjoying my new hosta addiction!
