Our floors are done in record time and they look great. Julian initially quoted us 2 - 3 days for floor installation and finished in 2.5 days. He finished quickly despite having no utilities turned on at the property for 2 full days (he had to improvise to figure out how to get power and water at the property). My favorite thing about Julian is that he set up a Google photo link so that I could check on the progress throughout the job. I loved this!! I also really appreciated that Julian would give us advise outside his job description (since we are doing a full house renovation). He pointed out things that we would need to have replaced and other things that we should mention to our general contractor. He worked very well with our general contractor's team and he and his team were able to work at the house at the same time as the general contractor. I would 100% hire Julian again and recommend him to everyone.

Julian did a great job on my recent flooring installation. He was able to give a quote on my project in our first call and was able to start work the very same week. Julian was knowledgeable about what it would take to complete the project and even met with me at the flooring shop to handle pickup and delivery of materials. While working on the project Julian and his team made sure the work areas were contained and even sent photos of their status. I'm very happy with the work and would definitely hire Julian and team again!

Julian and his team of flooring professionals did an outstanding job starting with a quality estimating process, setting a firm start date, and executing the entire process from start to finish in a professional manner. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and quality of their work down to the installation and painting of the shoe moulding and the bead of caulk that gave the final finished look. I only received an estimate from Julian, but definitely still wanted to recommend him as I was so impressed by this interaction in terms of his professionalism, punctuality, knowledge, and reasonable prices. Julian was highly recommended to me by ProSource, the wood flooring supply company I was using. When I asked for the quote Julian was very quick to respond, both by phone and email. He also worked with me to quickly come in and provide a reasonable quote. I had received quotes from others, but his was the one right in line with what I knew the cost should be as someone in the construction management business. On top of that, he went out of his way to spend time answering questions on the wood floor install and to allow us to come to a beautiful house he just finished installing wood floors at with the same type of wood we wanted to use (with the permission of the owner). We saw his team did great, detailed work and he helped us confirm the color and wood we would use. Unfortunately, we were not able to use Julian as we had a tight time frame for an immediate start project and he was booked for the month. But I wanted to share my experience as he was our first choice vendor after this quoting process and I will definitely use Julian and book him in advance my next project.

Julian is a rare find! He is honest, hard working, dependable, HIGHLY skilled, and meticulous in his work. He managed the near impossible feat of impressing a couple of very detail-oriented, selective professionals (one with experience in woodworking and construction - so even more aware of the finer details). I wanted a team skilled in the ability to install our hardwood floors without the T-molding transition to the tile. He did a phenomenal job that I appreciate every day! They supported me hand-selecting character boards for certain areas, but also pointed out when I picked lengths that were too similar and needed to mix it up. (I got what I wanted while being protected from myself-haa. It was great! ) His process had the lowest "mess and dust" level, the highest quality, and very competitive pricing. Communication was wonderful throughout the process. As many know, the Austin area is plagued with "Southern hospitality" (overpromise, ... but underdeliver and overcharge). Not Julian! He displayed great professionalism, craftsmanship, and ethics. We highly recommend him. (Photos show transitions. 7-inch hardwood; 20-inch tile.)

Due to some water damage from my guest room shower, I was in need of a contractor. After reading reviews for Julian online, I decided to have him come out to assess my situation and give me an estimate. From his initial visit and throughtout the entire project, Julian and his team were punctual and very communicative of their arrival and departure times each day. He took the time to really explain what he was going to do, and answered my multitude of questions during the entire process. He even sent me picture updates of the progression of the project. In total there was: drywall replacement, carpet pad patch, wood floor installation, porcelain tile floor installation, baseboards, painting, and a complete water proofing and re-tiling of the guest shower. The work looks great and I'm extremely happy. I will be using their services in the future and recommending them every chance I get! Thanks again
