My next project: Began full renovation and add-on to a 1960's home in Houston TX in Nov. 2019 with a 2020 completion date. While the original home design is very traditional, I hope to bring in some modern design elements.
About me: On my 4th renovation and I'd still call myself a novice. Love being involved in all aspects of the planning, design and construction.

Commented: Black Windows. Black outside, white inside? I’m curious why others have suggested not to do it? We just had new windows installed and did black/black for all main areas plus master but did black/white for the guest rooms.
