An amazing experience from start to finish! Rachael, our Designer, with Wide Canvas, here in Reno, NV, had amazing vision and gave me the confidence to make big changes to our 30 year old home. In a world where customer service seems to have been forgotten, Jackie really stepped up! she was helpful and polite and responsive. there's nothing better than having someone respond to you while you're in the middle of a big project. Material delays are inevitable these days, but when you have good customer service, that is not a problem. I would recommend Jackie to any one of my clients or business partners! I’ve been gathering materials for a kitchen remodel. I needed some trim pieces for backsplash tile. The dealer from whom I bought the tiles couldn’t locate the trim pieces (even though the dealer is part of a large national chain). I contacted Jackie by email, explained my predicament and in a New York minute she came up with what I needed. A very small glitch did occur in getting the trim from the right warehouse but Jackie’s communications with me were prompt and helpful. I received the trim quickly and the packaging was excellent for these fragile trim pieces. If I were searching for a designer again for a remodel I would definitely contact Jackie. I’m confident it would be great to work with her.

This is the second time we've worked with Jackie. She designed our home when we first moved in and then couple years later when we found out we were pregnant, we knew we wanted Jackie to design our baby's nursery :) Jackie was very creative, passionate & determined and super efficient considering she designed the entire nursery from across states (Covid-era). She was just as thoughtful and very detailed oriented as she was when she worked with us in person the first time. What we really appreciated about Jackie is that she designed the room to make it functional long term. She helped us choose the right colors/furniture for the room so if we were to move the baby to a different room, we could still use the nursery as a guest room. She worked within our timeline and budget that we discussed before the start of the project and we couldn't be more happy with what she delivered! We cannot wait to work with Jackie again on future projects!

We ordered some floor tile through Venue. They were able to match local samples and beat put local prices. Jackie communicated through the entire process since our tile was back ordered. We had the option to cancel the order without hassle, but decided to wait it out. The order arrived ahead of schedule. Her customer service is unparalleled and I would recommend anyone to Venue for their remodeling and supply needs.

I am a customer in the Midwest who had a very specific and unusual problem: I am pondering a kitchen remodel, and I found some great tile at a local (Wisconsin) showroom. I really needed to see the tile at home, so I asked the local business if they would sell me a single sample tile. They would not agree to do so unless they knew that my contractor would ultimately be working with them. Thus began a long hunt to find this particular tile on the internet. After a long search, I finally stumbled across the Venue site, where I could finally get a price, and order a single tile in each of two colors. I was contacted by Jackie L. shortly after ordering online so that we would work out how to get the tile samples shipped directly to my house. The freight charges were a little scary but that tile was so well cared for—the two fragile tiles arrived in perfect condition and in a timely manner, so that I had them with me when I spoke to my contractor today. I cannot say enough for Jackie’s follow-up and follow-through when I had questions about my order. We will likely source the tile from a local WI supplier, but Venue has already played an important role in helping me with my project. Jackie at Venue is wonderful. We are working with her right now on a major remodel of our upstairs bathrooms and master bedroom closet. She really listens to our likes/dislikes/hopes and dreams! She is great with working with our budget too. She was creative with our space to get us just want we wanted. We have been wanting to do this project for years but we were overwhelmed, now we are so excited (we are in the final planning stages now - demo should start soon).

We happened upon Jackie when she was just launching here career almost 12 years ago. She is SO great to work with. I believe that a designer's job is to realize the client's vision for their project. No matter the style. We wanted an Asian/Zen/Contemporary look and she guided us in making the choices to achieve this. Nivin designed the most beautiful bathroom for us. She really listened to what we where looking for and was very flexible in playing with the design plans. She found the colors and materials that I wanted and exceeded my expectations with options I would have never considered. The notebook was very helpful to all the contractors and she took care of all loose ends. Nivin's communication and attention to detail is rare. I have done a lot of remodeling, and working with her made this project just amazing.

We have been working with Jackie and Rachael from Venue on our Living room and Entry room and are very happy with the way the project is going. I was hesitant at first as others had advised me against paying an upfront fee. But I would say the arrangement works out great because I am not getting piecemeal support but rather a complete project - Rachael has been very patient and understanding of timeline and design changes as we discover additional information working with contractors.

We hired Jackie to help us chose paint colors for the outside of our home. We had already spent many hours pouring over paint chips but we couldn't come up with the look we wanted. A friend had used Jackie and suggested her. I sent Jackie photos of the outside and inside of our home to give her an idea of our style. She really listened to what my husband and I had to say and within 90 minutes she came up with 2 palettes for us to try. We love the result! We will be using Venue again for an inside project! They were professional and attentive from the initial phone contact to any questions we had during the painting process.

Jackie is amazing! When we bought our home, it was a mess. It had been repossessed by the bank mid-way through the renovation and sat in disrepair for quite a while. I had never dealt with such a mess and I was overwhelmed. Jackie helped to figure out what I wanted (beach theme) and a budget (not much) and transformed our home. we loved living in it and when it came time to sell it, Jackie helped us stage it. We got a great price for it and we believe that is because of Jackie. My only regret is that Jackie con't help with our current renovation in Hawaii. Believe me, I've asked her.
