About me: Middle aged YOUNG couple in the midst of a huge restoration of our historic (ca;1775)colonial home.Avid gardener aching for a greenhouse...I know,I know the house comes first! Up to our ears in projects, most of them DIYer's.The husband can and DOES do it all. She's the visionary he's the can-do guy.Been at it 7 years already, approching the home stretch now, maybe 2-3 more.Currently trying to get a design for a period correct kitchen..not as easy as it sounds,most people just don't get it. Also,both of us are REALLY,REALLY tired, bordering on burn out.Looking for input and a laugh or 2 from time to time,hope to find some hope at this site.

Commented: Best and Most Authentic Looking Fireplace? Read the previous post re Eiklor gas logs. The most realistic product on the market today. Will go in any vented fireplace you install. Love mine!
