Commented: Salvia flowers drying outBefore they bloom? I've experienced bloom spikes aborting before blooming, but not drying out. The photo just looks like already-bloomed calyxes that are browning. It's tough to tell.
Commented: Is this sage?Yeah, that screams nepeta. I have one that has been growing in my garden for many years. Its seedlings pop up all over the garden... very easy to pull out, though.
