About me: My husband and I recently moved to Philly. We are in a little apartment with an even smaller patio, in which we dream we can raise the most beautiful tulips. We planted some last fall and cared and nursed them as babies. When we were days before we could see the flowers (all the plants had their bulbs and they were becoming colored), the squirrels came and destroyed them all. We are so sad and disappointed!!! But we are not defeated. We planted yesterday some gladiolus and other bulbs, and covered almost all the ground with pepper and cayenne. We hope the squirrels won
