About me: I am a mom of 3 grown kids. They have presented me with 5 beautiful grandkids. I love to garden which can be a challenge in the hot Texas weather. My hubby bought my first preformed pond for Christmas of 2003 and little did he know he was creating a monster.. Now I have really become involved in ponding and my daughter and I hand dug with shovels and pick-ax an 800 gallon pond in about 2 weeks time, and my body will never be the same. The pond is still a work in progress. I am still very much a newbie but I am enjoying almost every minute of it. There is something soothing about going out early in the morning with coffee cup in hand and watching my little goldfish swimming and enjoying a small habitat that I had a hand in creating.
