About me: I live in the beautiful State of NC. I'm a proud mother of 4 children, 2 sons and 2 daughters. I was widowed in 1992 and this is when my passion for gardening began. My youngest child was only 3 and with her at my side we "created" our first garden in the spring of 93. Gardening does the heart good. I love casual and carefree gardening.....but I actually enjoying weeding!!! I've also done a variety of crafts. From stained glass to oil painting and no matter what craft I'm doing it's always based on the garden theme. I do stained glass stepping stones and I've painted gardens. :) My tastes and moods change with my crafts, but my love of the garden is always there.
