About me: I love gardening with native plants that will benefit wildlife in my area where it has become so overdeveloped, I am in the NJ Pinelands South East border, 9 miles form the ocean, zone 7b. I live dragonflies and I made a barrel pond for them and got two small fish ( to control mosquitos) and water lily and pickeral weed. But no dragonflies laid eggs, and the fish ate all the mosquitos so I had to breed them for the fish, but lots of dragonflies visited this year. I got a 12 spotted skimmer and common white tail and that one was a regular. I don't have any irrigation so I try to do xeriscape and native, for low maintainence. I am looking forward to learning more tips on this forum.

My zone is: z7 SENJ
