About me: I am retired and now enjoy gardening. I can garden all day until I collapsed from heat (happened once). Besides adoring and spoiling my 2 grandaughters from my one and only son, my other passion is gardening. My garden is a raised bed about 1k sq. ft. more or less using old telephone poles that the horticulturist, an avid environmentalist, put to good use. I am hooked on Clematis from the time I saw some of Miguel's breathtaking, AWESOME, clematis pictures but I also enjoy my bearded iris, succulents, peonies, tulips and daffodils, a standard hibiscus, dward maple and any and all plants but most of all, clematis. My 5 sisters call me Dedith, (a sign of respect, being the eldest among 6 girls) but my name is Editha.
