About me: I have a little over 1 acres with about 30 large trees so gardening in shade is about all I can do, I got started with a few hostas from a friend and iris’s from my mom and thats all it took now I’m hooked I told my husband I won’t be satisfied until I have everything planted and he sells his lawn mower! In the winter I experiment with starting plants from seed,cooking, baking, and sewing.

Commented: Lantana I seen a topiary lantana at a nursury this spring it was about 3 ft. tall beautiful, has anyone seen these? Is it just a regular lantana that you train? thanks, calla

Commented: dusty miller Like purple? I have alot of shade to and one plant I like for color is ajuga its a great groung cover, once you get it started it grows like crazy!
