Please save yourself from using Max. Estimate to build home $650k, total cost $1.189m. Many items were added and never approved by me, example added cat5 wires worth $29k when we dont need it since we now have wireless wifi. Never once did he know the cost of something prior, it was always a surprise invoice after the fact. Do not trust Max!
