Ordered the 20ft x 20ft Redwood Pergola with Mission Brown stain and it looks amazing! Charlie from Best Redwood was very helpful and answered all the questions we had. The quality of the redwood is great and you can tell that is made by true craftsman's. Putting the Pergola together was a breeze with 2 people. Quality was good and the order was processed timely. But the reason for the five stores was the response to damage that occurred during shipping. I sent a picture of the damage and requested replacements pieces. The new pieces were shipped quickly at Best Redwood cost

Ordered a pergola from Best Redwood last year. Shipped well and everything arrived in good condition. Assembly was easy and straightforward. After some initial help getting the boards anchored in I was able to complete the project by myself over a weekend. If we need another pergola, we will be ordering from Best Redwood again. Easy assembly, great product, looks fantastic, and much more cost-effective vs hiring someone to build one. The only downside was it took some time to arrange the delivery with the delivery company (not Best Redwood).

Best Redwood supplied a number of redwood picnic tables for our corporate client. The picnic tables are currently being used at a major sports stadium's, pre-game, tailgate zone. Best Redwood supplied us with a very high quality and delivered on time. They even worked with us on customizing a delivery that accommodated a tight timeline and complicated delivery and storage schedule. I recommend Best Redwood's picnic table.

The pergola was well built to my measurements. Craftsmanship is excellent. I went with 4x4 posts to match the deck. Some hardware may have to be trimmed when assembled. A shade cloth was added for additional protection. While the wood looks great the first year, it will darken after a Northwest winter.
