About me: As creator of Arizona's little pink book to the spas (ArizonaSpaGirls.com), I've made it my mission over the past few years to share ways to take time out for yourself through the spa experience. I write lifestyle and beauty articles for various Arizona-based publications and in between all that, I find time to coddle my five chili pepper plants (because that's about all I can grow out here). I share my desert home with one spa boy, two spa dogs and one pampered spa cat.
