We feel so fortunate to have had Artisan East Custom Homes build our Cobblestone home. From the early planning stages through to handing us the keys, Chuck Chilton oversaw every aspect of the build and continually kept us up to date- not an easy fete as we lived out of state. There was never a question unanswered or an idea we couldn’t run past him. His opinion was a professional resource we continually relied upon as we moved through the building process. Our beautiful Energy Star home is a testament to Artisan East Custom Homes’ eye to design detail, energy efficiency and quality craftsmanship. We couldn’t be happier with our new home!

Chuck built our home in Carolina Colours while we were in Denver and were only able to visit the construction site a couple of times. He went above and beyond what was expected or required to build us a high quality and Energy efficient home and kept us informed during the entire process. He took many pictures throughout the building process and made them available to us so we could follow the progress. He was available whenever we had questions through multiple phone calls,emails, and texts. As he got to know us and our preferences, he would call us with suggestions to make design changes that might better fit our lifestyle or improve access to different features. He easily accommodated big changes like the walk in shower and no tub in the Master Bath to make for a much bigger closet. Chuck puts a lot of thought into the design of his homes to provide tight construction and exceptional insulation. We are very impressed with the overall quality of the construction and feel we will benefit in many ways. We are able to maintain the desired temperature with out the big swings from hot to cold. Chuck is a straight shooter, very honest with high integrity. If he found things during construction that weren't done correctly, they were done over rather than covered up. He paid attention to details and made changes when needed. He includes many extras in his price such as central vacuum and crown molding,etc. He takes great pride in the quality of the finished product and finished our home two weeks ahead of schedule. We could not be any happier with our home and highly recommend Artisan East Custom Homes and Chuck Chilton.

Chuck Chilton, the owner of Artisan East Custom Homes, is truly a master homebuilder. The quality of his workmanship and attention to detail has made our home a "show place" for attracting future home buyers into our community. Artisan East built my dream home. The company was able to replicate exquisite mantles, archways, and ceiling designs from historic homes and do it within a very tight budget. The builder was also wiling to tour historic sites with me and guide my selection of hardware, flooring, and molding that would be compatible with the home. His attention to detail was outstanding, particularly in the panelled den which also included a sliding ladder to reach top bookkshelves. I will use this builder again to expand my outside decks and build in an outdoor kitchen.
