About me: My family moved to the country several years ago and I have flower gardens, vegetable garden, and herb gardens. We have planted many trees. Few plants were here when we moved here. It's been fun to add spice to life at our place. My husband built a greenhouse that houses all the plants that might freeze during the winter. The landscape we have added is a haven for birds, insects and some unwanted animals.

Commented: Brisket in the Oven I use a large covered roasting pan and it cooks in its own juices. I always cook a large brisket, chop and freeze in packages. That is why I use a large bottle of Liquid Smoke.
