I charge flat fees based on the size of the space to be designed and the scope of the work.

$15 per square foot

Taking detailed measurements of all spaces to be designed

Color scheme selection
Furniture, lighting, and accessory sourcing and selection
Window treatment, wall covering, and flooring selection
Kitchen and/or bath design
Premium Design Consulting
$10 per square foot (ideal for renters)
Consists of:
Color scheme selection
Furniture, lighting, and accessory sourcing and selection
Basic Design Consulting
$5 per square foot (ideal for clients on a budget)
Consists of:
Suggesting suitable home goods stores where you should look for items for your project, including wholesalers
Placing orders for furniture from wholesalers on your behalf
Accompanying you to trade-only sample sales at the Merchandise Mart so you can get good deals on discounted designer furniture
Helping you narrow down your choices when you are faced with several options
Art and Accessory Selection
$2.50 per square foot
Consists of:
Finding the finishing touches that complete and personalize your space
One-time Design Consultation
$300, up to 4 hours
Consists of:
Visiting your space (in-person or virtually) and making suggestions about color schemes, products, and furniture stores
