Top Drawer

Since 2001, Todd Chionis, owner of Top Drawer Carpentry, has been involved in high end residential remodeling. His experience consists of extensive hands on building of additions, start to finish remodels, and project management. Top Drawer was opened in 2011 and thanks to a long list of happy clients (just ask for a reference) continues to grow. We provide start to finish guidance including design, material selections, scheduling and managing your project, meeting your expectations along the way. We work closely with professional interior designers, architects, skilled tradesmen, and reliable vendors to assemble the proper team tailored to your project.
