We had a positive experience from start to finish. Pat Russo and his partner Steve were very professional and did a wonderful job. We had some work done in our finished basement. Our job was done on time and beautifully finished. They prepped the area, protected our house and cleaned up daily. We are very particular. We would recommend them to our friends.

Pat was the best contractor I have ever found. You ask why? Well first he has returned every phone call within 24 hours or by text when I asked silly questions. Second, he showed up when he said so on time and ready to work. Third, smart, business like and most importantly friendly. You will not go wrong with Pat.

Pat Russo and NLR Properties were recommended to me by a fellow at my local paint shop. I called, Pat answered the same day, within a few hours. He came when he said he would, he was thorough, well prepared, great fair price for the work. Actually, I was really happy and I give him the highest recommendation. The job was not a huge project but I was quite eager to get it fixed. The stairs to my bathroom were collapsing due to the previous contractor's sloppy work. Pat from NLR Properties fixed them forthwith and now they are perfect. He even painted them after they were fixed! Double bonus for me! One doesn't usually expect such fabulous service in today's world. Pat and NLR deliver exactly that. Great service, great job!

We hired this company to build two walls and a subfloor in our workshop. The work was done professionally and completed on time. Pat was easy to work with, provided accurate estimates previous to starting work and completed quality work. Would definitely hire again.

I had water damage in my pantry. Ceiling was fixed in a very timely fashion. Pantry looks better then it did previously. I would highly recommend Pat and NLR.

I am a Real Estate Agent and asked Pat if he could take a look at a piece of land that I was putting on the market for a client. Pat went above and beyond. He not only looked at the land, but he sat with my client for over an hour and educated him with his knowledge of land and what a builder is looking for when it comes to building on a specific property. His explanations really helped my client realize how to approach the sale. I would recommend Pat to any client, friend or family member interested in building.

Recently, we hired our long time friend Pat Russo of NLR Properties to help us complete some renovations we needed done on a new home we purchased. Pat went above and beyond and acted in a role outside of our personal relationship demonstrating his commitment to professionalism and craftsmanship. Pat installed and finished a new handrail and baluster system for us and repainted the first floor of the house. Throughout the process he kept up well informed, helped us with design and cost decisions and worked with us on scheduling other trades and activities. The end product was more than we could have hoped for and the house was kept clean and functional throughout the project. I have been working with Pat Russo from NLR properties over the last 3-4 years. Originally met him after he repaired my neighbors roof and dining room from ice damage. He came highly recommended so I started with water damage from a leaky roof. I mentioned to him about having several people try to fix my loose siding It was loose for at least 4 years and no one could figure it out. In a matter of 2 minutes, he fixed something that drove me crazy for years. Pat's workmanship and knowledge is impeccable. He is now my go to for any repair or advice on my house.

I have had Pat assist with painting and minor repairs at my 3-family apartment and was very satisfied with his work and professionalism. He is prompt and fair in his charges and what I am most impressed with is his communication. My experience with many contractors is that of inconsistency and frustration.
