Our team of Account Executives and Account Managers are helping those home design professionals to advertise on our platform with Houzz Pro. These exceptional people are already on target to reach our ambitious goals internationally but we need you to get there faster.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will manage Houzz Professionals from across Russia. Each is part of an annual advertising program and our CRM system that can help our PROs manage their projects and lead their business in one place. Your job is to maintain an ongoing relationship, optimize their profile and program with creative improvements, up-sell them on additional services, and manage their renewal for another year. You need to be comfortable promoting and defending the benefits of Houzz Pro end-to-end business management solutions.
The ideal candidate has a pleasant, business oriented personality, is a hard worker and very tech savvy. You must be relationship oriented and put a high value on customer service. You thrive in a fun and competitive, yet team oriented environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage Houzz clients
- Maintain ongoing contact with every account assigned to you
- Renew annual contracts
- Up-sell clients on additional packages
- Meet minimum renewal and up-sell objectives
- Meet minimum quantitative and qualitative account improvement objectives
- Provide superior customer service, contribute to a positive work environment, and embody the Houzz culture
What do you need to be successful?
- A passion for sales - you get a buzz from building and maintaining relationships to hit your targets!
- Previous B2B, new business and/or inside sales experience
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English - not only will you convince your grandpa to buy a smartphone but you’ll also teach him how to get the best out of it!
- Phenomenal interpersonal and resilience skills - you enjoy talking with people in-person and feel comfortable selling over the phone
- Previous exposure to or willingness to enter the tech startup scene
- A familiarity with CRM tools (such as Salesforce)
