FOYER - FRONT DOOR MUST-READ BEFORE REPLACING DOOR ASSEMBLY
Photo
In my foyer:
1. Have a Single Sidelight for Cottage Style
2. Make it on the Front Door's Right for Arrivals (there are more Right-Handed folks than left)
3. Make it a Panel out of Wood
4. Make the Wooden Sidelight Panel to be Hardwired with the Doorbell Intercom System (making the system replaceable) being Linked Between Studs Hopefully(!), through the "Panic Room" upstairs--which is above the front porch's soffit--using conduit the whole way, so that the wires can be changed with future system upgrades or replacements, and, subsequently, linked through the Crawlspace Fold-Down Baseboard, into the Master Bedroom's Library Corner and running throught its Fold-Down Baseboard, Around the Corner to the MBR Entry where the Wire(s) Hide Behind the Fold-Out Door Casing as it goes Around the Door, Around the Inside Corner via the Fold-Down Baseboard, and then Up Between the Studs Again-- Using Conduit so the wire(s) can be changed out--as the wire's end gets Fished Out of the Conduit and Run Up to the wall's Intercom device Being Added Above or Below the Existing ADT Keypad [get Stevie Marie's decision on that].
