4. A custom wet bar. Drink stations and bar carts are great additions for entertaining on the fly. But these homeowners took the idea further. They routed plumbing into their dining room, installed a wall-mounted faucet and added a stone vessel sink to an old dining hutch to create a stylish wet bar.
