Modern Icons: The Togo Series
Today's Modern Icon is all about getting very comfortable in style. It's the Togo Series, designed by Michel Ducaroy for Ligne Roset in 1973. The collection includes chairs, loveseats, sofas with and without arms, corner seats and ottomans, so they can be arranged in many different ways. Let's take a look.
These deep sofas have been designed with ergonomics in mind.
The separate chairs and corner seats can be arranged into a large sectional sofa like this one.
The Togo looks great with another one of our favorite modern icons, the FL/Y Pendant.
The Togo adds to the the fun lounge-y vibe of this room.

Tulip Tables are another great complement to the Togo.

There's something about this room that reminds me of the spirit of a retro conversation pit, updated to look contemporary and chic.
Togo now comes in a size for kids too - it's the Mini Togo! Great for kids who love to crawl all over chairs doing somersaults!
The Togo is perfect in a master bedroom - comfortable and low to the floor works well in here!
