Absolutely. I'm pretty sure there's one under my flamenco Rosita and that's why she grows so well. Choose a strongly scented rose to throw off the cadaver dogs ;)
my mind goes to white roses first . But if you are being budget conscious, lowes always seems to have the knockouts and drift roses in their clearance section if you are able to check once or twice a week. The front of my house , cost me less than 100 total , prob 60 at lowes and I think I paid full price for a couple things but mostly got lucky in their clearance section. This is made of limelight hydrangea, yellow knockouts, white phlox , apricot drift and some hostas .
I don't even think you can see the yellow ko any more. The only reason I keep them is all the Japanese beetles love them so they flock to those . Of course they are on my other roses but the hundreds that are one the ko don't bother me.
I'm sharing this so you can see that you don't have to spend a fortune for front of house plantings . Limelights are my favorite and I would plant them everywhere !
A good white would be bolero , also I have heard good things about Milwaukee calvatrava rose . ( seen at Home Depot sometimes ) You may not see it out here but iceberg is too black spotty here unless you spray
hope im somehow beings heloful! Wish I had a rose pop into mind that would be perfect for you
