Gorgeous site! Before I start, realize that you're going to lose 4.5+ inches from every dimension because of width of walls (interior and exterior). To some room that might mean losing almost a foot.
Some things I noticed:
1. Maybe consider giving the Dining Room a little more length. The size table you drew will make it very hard for those on the ends to scoot their chairs out. I'd push the left wall back further and eliminate the partial wall between the Dining Room and Foyer. If you actually use the table frequently, I foresee having to pull the table away from the windows for people to get in and out more easily. Those "in" might feel trapped as well. But, that might be solved with a smaller table as well. Just something to think about.
2. I think a 6' + pantry is preferable. I see you are trying to recess the fridge but past the fridge I'd push the pantry wall out to 6' which could give you 12" more storage on that wall and still having the same "walk space". Again, remember about wall widths, too ;)
The door placement between the laundry and kitchen bugs me because it seems to line up with the front of your upper cabinets not with the back edge of the cabinet. If actually constructed that way, There would be a tiny wall created that is only 12" deep and that leaves half your countertop sticking out. That'll look odd. Either totally recess the entire cabinetry or push the wall back towards the laundry room.
4. Your functional space in your master is only going to be 14' x 14' (smaller accounting for wall widths). That's smaller than a lot of secondary bedrooms and leaves your with a lot of wasted space between the bed and the bathroom. I'd somehow reconfigure the small alcove you've created going into the master bedroom because, while gaining maybe a little more privacy, you're losing a lot of functional space.
5. I don't think your bathroom space is designed optimally. Speaking from experience, a 6' by 6' shower is BIG. A big shower sounds amazing until it's time to clean it ;) I had a 4.5' x 6' shower and found it too big as well. Unless you are big people, consider reducing the size of it to 5x5 at the most.
6. The master closet is designed poorly and poorly placed. It's using two valuable windows and doesn't store a lot of clothes for the amount of space it takes up. Two reach in closets, optimally placed would give you more storage than what this closet is allowing.
7. For a double bowl vanity, you need a more length than just 6'. Either consider single bowl or consider reworking that entire area to get you an 8'+ vanity.
Same issue for the upstairs vanity. Two bowls won't leave much usable counter space. I'd cut it to one bowl.
9. Do you need attic storage if you have a basement? What mechanical will you have in the attic that can't be put in the basement? Consider using part of the attic space to give the back bedroom a walk-in closet and let the other bedroom have all the proposed closet space.
10. Now that you have a "general" idea of the layout you'd like (with a few tweaks, of course), you need to think about what the exterior will/can look like. That'll likely cause you to have to move some things around wall-wise. Will you be working with an architect/designer/draftsman to finalize your plans? Now is the time to start doing so.
Good luck! What a fabulous view!
