Nice job. I like it too. may I offer a few suggestions?
please get the gray outlets/plate covers for your wall.
that almond color isn't cutting it!
Or, even the black ones would work. they come in both colors at HD or Lowes.
If possible, paint your baseboard and door trim a brighter white so that it works w/your vanity white and toilet white. the creamy tone looks dingy next to all of the bright white shades.
Backsplash. how far did you want to use the tile? just behind the vanity up to the mirror? any chance of moving the outlets since they're right in the way?
you could try a mosaic tile in the same gray colors as the flooring
or maybe a wave pattern in a dark color?
wood/lave bar tile? (Tilebar)
penny tiles?
if you really want to jazz it up, tile the wall up to the ceiling
and over the toilet. (what kind of shower tile is there?
or, instead of a tile, you could do a MDF T&G molding on the entire wall:
as a suggestion, consider doing simple wood shelf like this at the bottom of the mirror and over to the left. it will help cancel the outlet cover and give you some extra storage
