It may be time to transform that point of entry with anything from paint to fanciful curtains to an entirely new door. If you’re looking to give your ho-hum closet doors a little zest, take a look at the creative solutions from a few fellow Houzzers for instant inspiration. Wardrobes are generally colorful and full of texture, so it certainly doesn’t hurt to have them in full view through lovely glass doors.

coming to this late but...
I have beautiful bifold mirrored doors - and on the inside of them, I added some small hooks, ribbon wrapped dowels and some clear, twisted shower curtain rings. This is where I hang all my scarves, fully displayed. I also hung a metal filagree thingy from Hobby Lobby and hang my necklaces from it, on the other door.
Both are easy to reach, easily seen, and use previously empty space!
