Houzz Call: Show Us Your Household’s Pillow Fort
Are all of your couch cushions and blankets part of an elaborate kids’ hideout? Please share a picture and details!
It’s a great time of year for a pillow fort. Are your kids having fun creating a special hideaway out of pillows and blankets? Whether under a table, draped from the back of a sofa or tucked beneath the stairs, these creative play constructions are never the same twice. Please take a shot before you make the kids put the room back together, and tell us how they like to build pillow forts and how they like to use them.
Pillow fort reality. Over in Houzz Discussions, reader bethiniowa says: “Most pillow forts are probably made by kids, and don’t look like something that should be on Houzz. Here’s one my 11- and 13-year-old kids made after Christmas, with barely any room for them next to all the stuffed animals.”
I couldn’t have said it better myself. So, everyone, please be like bethiniowa and share a shot of your kiddo’s fort. And don’t worry about its looking Houzz-worthy, because forts really can’t get more inviting than this one, can they?
Your turn: Grab your camera and snap a picture of your kid’s (or your own) winter pillow fort and share it in the Comments section below.
