Don't wait to give it more light. Succulents do rest, but yours needs more light now. If you have a window which gets good light, start putting it there a few feet from the window, moving it closer every couple of days. I grow these in California in full blazing sun, so they do need a lot of light.
I know it's difficult to get the things you need at this time, but when you can get to a nursery, get commercial cactus and succulent mix. If available, also get a bag of perlite or pumice, combine 50/50 with the C/S mix. Repot your plant after removing all the old mix. Don't water for a few days, then water thoroughly until it runs out the bottom. Test for when your plant needs more water by sticking a long wooden skewer into the potting mix for a few minutes, if it comes out dry, water again thoroughtly. If damp, don't ater. No sips of water. Succulents hold water in their stems and leaves and can take a certain amount of dryness without harm, so don't overwater.
