Love the paint here - how it goes up into the ceiling too

KInd of narrow "living room" - if ours was on opposite side of stairs and wall to hide furnace and storage.

Like the tv and components in the arched nook.

No dimension in the ceiling and straight lines for the walls make this unappealing to me.

Still looks like a basement - too unfinished

Instead of bottom panels, this looks cheaper and nice, but I think the bottom half of the wall should be a different color. Also, the trip on the archway is a nice touch, but don't think I'd want it. Love the softness of the curved arches. Nice ceiling too to hide the ductwork.

Hoping not to have a plain space like this

Paneling on bottom half of posts too - if it was on the walls in this basement, it would all match.

Wine cellar with glass door!
Q

Pretty railing, but the 1/2 paneling should continue in the room; it looks out of place.

Neat door idea
