Regarding plant choice, it would be better not to have planted in 3 rows. Clusters look much better. You have also chosen 2 plants with similar strappy leaves and a third which is not much dissimilar, so there is nothing for contrasting shape. All are ephemeral and so there is nothing to look at in winter. I get the feeling the plants were chosen on the basis of their flowers alone and not their overall visual effect. It would be better to have some different leaf shapes, some colour coordination and some permanent structure such as small shrubs or evergreens.
But really the whole concept of the bed itself is problematical. Is it along the property line? If not why was that shape chosen? It looks disjointed and also rather small.
