Yes, very potent scent. Dee-Lish's strong selling point is its ADR designation, which proved valid. It is essentially black spot free, and was essentially tip hardy over its first winter, this last winter, unprotected. Everyone knows the first winter in a cold zone for a young rose is its hardest to survive. It has sent up two basals this year, one of which is almost 2' tall. This rose is one robust grower, no wimp.
