Living Room
Love the built-in bookcase. And rich color against the white.
Built-ins and rich blue ottoman.
I like the living room in the foreground: the charcoal walls with the pale floors and mantle, the velvety teal sofa, the nod to paneled, and the dash of trendy in the gold lighting. Now if, instead of the blah case opening, there were a lovely, large, multi-paned window...
Coffered Ceiling, Lighter Colors, and Chandelier. The Fireplace Looks Weird, Though.
Coffered Ceiling, Gallery Wall, Chandelier.
Metal trusses.
Metal and wood trusses.
Built-ins surrounding window.
Me. This room is so... ME.
Storage wall with television. Swivel chairs.
Floors. Just the floors. Otherwise, too much white for my family and pets!
Lucite rods with brass rings on draperies. Dramatic dark blue wall. And those are the ONLY features I like.
Lighting fixture. Plum-ish sofa. Light stone wall. White paint. Put an acid green or really dark green rug with the plum and I have a living room.
I love all the art happening on the walls and the ceiling treatment. Don’t much care for the sofa and actively dislike coffee table.
I love the mirrored inset wall.
Barrel ceiling in foyer.
Ceiling is to die for!
Glassed barn doors - YES! It would be nice to close off the music room (without inducing claustrophobia) to achieve some acoustical privacy when practicing. But it would be so wonderful to have it open when you're entertaining and want guests to sing along and enjoy themselves, etc.
Hide on sisal on the floor. Dark stained window and door frames. Picture rails. White curtains hung high. Blue accents.
Lighting. Staircase. Connection between living room and dining room.
Barrel vault ceiling. Enormous window. Cool chairs. Baronial fireplace. What’s not to love?
Ceiling and Color and Mirrored Cabinet
Urban/rustic cross.
I’ve always kind of liked the comfy-chairs-around-a-circular-table thing. Reminds me of my college days.
La chambre est tres francaise! Je l’aime beaucoup!
Calm, ordered elegance.
The color and pattern makes the gypsy in me dance!
Wall o’ books. Wall o’ windows. Beautiful rug and Noguchi table. It is to sigh...
Colors and the mix thereof.
